There were two interviews. One with the hospitality manager and one with the store manager. They were both extremely laid back and made me feel like I was just having a conversation and not being interviewed.

Describe a difficult situation you were in and how you handled it.
Slow comming. Took forever to call, made me really question if they were really wanting to hire someone or just wanted their people to be understaffed. Took 6 months before they even called to schedule the interview.
It was really simple and easy. Sat down with the manager and was mainly was asked questions about myself and my background. There was maybe 1 situational question that she asked.
I have over 10 years customer service experience and I got passed over other candidates who had less experience than me. They care little about your experience. Terrible company to interview with.
