you need to apply online... one of the managers will review your application and call you within a few days... once you set up your interview you go through all that which at the end you will be given a paper decribing and directing you to get a drug test within 24 hours of your interview... once you pass that you come back in finish up some paperwork then the manager will walk you through the store show you around and introduce you to everyone :)
Slow comming. Took forever to call, made me really question if they were really wanting to hire someone or just wanted their people to be understaffed. Took 6 months before they even called to schedule the interview.
It was really simple and easy. Sat down with the manager and was mainly was asked questions about myself and my background. There was maybe 1 situational question that she asked.
I have over 10 years customer service experience and I got passed over other candidates who had less experience than me. They care little about your experience. Terrible company to interview with.
