quick and pleasant, two people interviewed me, a few question, a quick role play where I was the Customer service agent and the interviewer was the customer. Lots of questions regarding product knowledge. Smart meters etc

It was quick. Applied online via Total jobs, got to do an online test then proceeded to a telephone interview. The process wasn’t to difficult but the online test was a little bit time consuming. But it was worth the try.
