Entrevista
Very rigorous process starting with a conference call with two shell employees who not on your team. They ask questions and take notes which can make the conversation feel somewhat akward. This is however a good as they and other colleagues review these notes later on to make an as objective assessment as possible. Second round is conference call with team that is potentially hiring you. Same process, only this the questions are more specific about the function.

Entrevista
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

What was one time were you had to deal with conflict in the work place
They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture

They asked how i would solve a conflict with my co worker
