De procedure begint bij het uploaden van een CV, vervolgens maak je achtereenvolgens een (1) persoonlijkheidstest, (2a) decision making test en een getimede (2b) problem solving test. Je CV wordt pas in stap 3 bekeken, stap 4 was een telefonisch gesprek. Het is een erg rigide en onpersoonlijk sollicitatiesysteem, maar contact met recruiters vooraf en tijdens de procedure is erg persoonlijk en nuttig.

After CV selection, you are invited to the first assessment in the application process: an online game-based assessment, powered by HireVue. It takes only 15-20 minutes and can be done at any time within 5 days. After clearing this, they invite you to take part in a short, self-recorded video interview. This is your chance to let your personality shine through and tell them more about your skills and experience. The assessment will take around 20 minutes, and you can complete it at any point over the next 10 days.

The process was fine but they took plethora of time to reply. It took 5 months for them to invite me for a video interview and another 2 months to call me for the case study interview. Video questions must be answered on the basis of STAR

1.5 hour group online interview, given data 48 hours in advance and had to create a short presentation on an topic from the data set. Very positive experience, not technical more concerned with how you think etc.
