Once you apply by either handing in CV or via email CV, you get an email or phone call from the site manager to come in for an interview. It is usually the manager and yourself and sometimes a supervisor or the main boss.

Easy friendly process which made me feel comfortable. Comfortable environment and interview was informal. No difficult questions asked and mainly focused on prior experiences. Prepare achievements in SMART format. Show rounded experiences and how you deal under stressful scenarios.

Very easy and welcoming. Showed me around the store and also told me the rules and regulations and whag hours are expected for me, and what is expected in general.
The interview process consisted of various stages such as telephone interview , face to face interview and a final cal with the managing director. The final stage was a group interview consisting of various members from different fields.
