I just want to put my interview experience with the shell.
I am sad to say it that you interviewers are ruining the right way of interview by being more process oriented.
The guy who took my interview asked three time the same question: "Share the experience of stakeholder management " while same has already been covered by that lady.
They don't know what is the project and who is hiring manager but simply evaluating. I myself take interview and do evaluation, your interview team were more focused on writing than listening.
It's my friendly suggestion to improve the interview pattern or else you miss the good candidates.
I am not writing this because I did not clear the second round but the duration and process should not be for sake of it, it should be for right evalution.

They don't know what they want, they refer scripted questions and want the predetermined answers.
The Shell interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable while asking thoughtful questions that focused on both technical knowledge and personal experiences. The process gave me a clear understanding of Shell’s culture and values, and overall it was a positive and insightful experience.

Entrevista
The process is methodical and structured. I received the meeting invite about a week before the interview. The interview panel is warm and nice. I enjoyed the process. The panel makes you comfortable so you can answer the questions freely.
Pretty Straight forward and very much to the point. Multiple rounds, at the least 3 that I went through. Mostly person who could be your LM will do the interview.
