Applied for the job. Received an interview invite 2 weeks after job closed. 3 weeks since interview. No offer yet. Application status remains at interviews assessment. Still waiting to get an offer or the reject letter. Process is very slow.

This interview was the same as all other operator interviews. They ask operational and situational questions. You go through teams of people all in one day at an offsite facility.
Ok it was my first time going on and interview like this but I feel confident if I get another chance everything will work it self out in a positive way. The guys on the board was really nice.

Group interview with 2 current operators. Very relaxed with prepared questions. They want to see how you interact with others and what you know about the position. The interview is about minutes and again everone is very nice.
