Entrevista
The application process starts with two Online Assessments on numerical skills and decision making. Phone interview on your behaviour with examples on how you handle different situations in the past follows. The interview lasts for more than one hour and it is quite intense, with about 10-15 situations. The last step is an assessment day.

Talk about your a situation in which you have showed cultural awareness
I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

Entrevista
The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
