Entrevista
Starts with an online application and two assessments. It takes about an hour and a half to complete. You'll receive an email if you make it to the interview stage. During the interview, the interviewer read questions off a packet; standard behavioral questions. The interviewer was really nice and open, but I feel like nothing we talked about really had an impact; all that mattered was what was he had written in the packet.

Entrevista
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
