There are 3 interview levels. Recruiter phone interview, hiring manager with peer interview, and behavioral interview.
The interviews were very rigid. They stick to required questions and it seems like there are right and wrong answers. Which is fair, if that's how they do things. However, every interview is an hour long and I never really had the chance to ask about the work culture in the company. I honestly don't know if I want to pursue my application or not because I cannot gauge if I'll like the workplace I'm applying for or not. Either way, the entire interview process took 3 MONTHS to reach the finish line, and in the end, I was ghosted. Lol. Waste of time.
