First phase was an online quiz similar to those found on advertisements claiming it's an IQ test. Most of it was identifying patterns quickly. Second phase was a phone interview asking very basic information. This phase seemed to verify that I was an actual candidate that met their employment requirements (e.g., if I am allowed to work in the country the role is based from). Third phase was a virtual panel interview. This was the most normal part of the interview process in my opinion. Questions were behavioral or requesting more details about my work experience and projects.
