The application is rather straightforward which include a virtue interview to gauge your personality. You must do the virtual interview within 7 days. A fast response from them after the interview stating that there is no vacancy at the moment for the role I am interested in.

What would you do if a new team member keep on complaining about the group that he or she is working in?
Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Throughout the process, assessors evaluate your problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, commercial awareness, and how you approach complex business challenges and decisions.

The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
