On-site screening in the winter around January. On-site interview in mid-April. Decisions made by the end of April. The On-site interview in April is about 3 hours long, interviewed by 3 associates or supervisors. One hour each with one interviewer.

There was a phone interview, and initial meeting interview where a couple supervisors just got to know me, and an official 3 hour in-depth interview. The 3 hour interview is held with 3 separate people and is not very intimidating, some of them ask some of the same questions.
