I saw the posting online and applied. Admin reached out and we had a short phone call. I was invited to come visit the school where I observed, did a demo lesson, and had a formal interview. The interview process was not difficult it was just thorough.

The questions were typical teacher interview questions about classroom management, dealing with parents etc. There were more questions about experience with students with learning differences because of the student population.

Entrevista
Half day to a full day, they never called back. The entire thing is a waste of time. I would be careful because private schools require almost a full day off from work. Very unprofessional to not respond after a long interview to job status.
