Casual interviews with Controller and General Manager. Went over how experience fit with the position that was open. Communication during the process was great. Took about a week from interview to offer.

This company has an extremely long interview process. You must meet one tome with the Branch Manager, then later with the Sales VP and then the Operations VP. There was more than 2-3 weeks between interviews. I can't wait 90 days for a final interview - Not sure anyone can. I am serious about sales and my sales abilities but this is not an executive level position. The process is just too long!
