Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and so efficient. A panel interview with standardized questions, a teaching demo, and then an interview with 2 people. Incredibly professional and well organized. The teaching demo was about 20 minutes, and there were volunteer students in the room to actually participate. The students were well chosen and were engaging - I didn't get any hecklers, but there were definitely some quieter ones to test the profs engagement skills.
Overall a very positive experience and I was impressed how fast it was!

Panel round with few members. Asked. Several question around the subjects and 2rounds of interviews. Overall I felt it was easy to crack as I had some prior experience of being instructor. Flow of explanations is important.
