The interview is composed of a few questions you have to record yourself answering and some written responses. It was all just getting to know you and your experiences in various positions

To my understanding, a different process than usual. The district manager came in and interviewed me instead of the typical management reps, but they were also present. Come in confident in your abilities and don't be too nervous... especially if you don't interview very often. Just had a simple conversation with the district manager. They really are looking for someone who can provide a fresh outside perspective. Do come prepared with questions to ask about the program, the company, or what is expected of you.
