Had an interview with the hiring manager, then a few team members. Some were no-shows, and one was the person that was leaving. Delayed several times after waiting on a response. Tried to follow-up a few times with the recruiter and hiring manager, but ghosted.

How do you build connections when working fully remote?

Entrevista
Initial phone screen followed by two interviews. One was with a peer and the other was with an SVP. Recruiter was attentive at first but then dropped off after the SVP interview. The peer interview was weird because I don’t think they truly understand the role they we’re interviewing for. Additionally, she acted completely disinterested and like I was I was taking up her time. The SVP knew that he didn’t know the role skillset well but was open and honest about it because he truly wanted someone with a strong skillset and was curious about how to approach the work.
