Entrevista
The first interview is done through Skype if you do not live in the area. After passing that first round you have to go visit a store to see the daily routine of a manager and assistant manager. If you are recommended you are then required to go to the headquarters for the district and have your final panel/interview

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Entrevista
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
