store visit first that you go and talk with a manager of a local store. After that then interview with district manager in your area. you never see your store until your first day

I was an internal applicant who transferred from the store level and interviewed for the management positions. First was the phone interview with HR to tell if you were a good candidate. Standard get to know you questions, information about your background and some customer service based questions. 2nd interview was with the City manager, this interview was more in-depth with my experiences in the store level and what I hope to learn with my time here at SW. Last interview was with the District Manager, this was a shorter get to know you interview with less technical questions and more of a formality.
