The interview process with Sherwin-Williams is straightforward. I applied on the website and was contacted by a recruiter the next day to have a skype interview. Then after the skype interview I had an 1:1 interview with the District Manager. The next step in the interview process is the store visit.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Entrevista
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
