I had three interviews. One with the recruiter, one with the regional sales manager and one with the the divisional district director. The interview process was smooth and they ask a lot of star questions so be prepared! They are looking for recent grads who have experience in marketing in sales (internships and on campus involvement will do) so really sell experience in those areas!
