Phone interview to touch base and discuss resume. Then they have you visit a retail location and they have a packet you bring with you- YOU ask the manager and assistant manager questions. It’s kind of like for you to feel out the position and learn if you are truly interested. And the other side of it is that they are also getting to know you informally. Then there is another phone interview with the same person as before- to see how it went and what you learned, etc. Then if everything went well you will have an interview with district management. They will get the official decision on hiring or not hiring you.

Contacted through email some 3 months after applying online. Set up a half hour phone interview which was relatively easy and straightforward. Contacted the next day with a store visit invitation. Went to store visit and interacted with store manager, asking questions and touring store. Did not receive invitation further in interview.
