The hiring and interview process was very efficient and inviting. Starting with the HR dept, these people are very friendly, engaging, and obviously are enthusiastic about their job. The process then moves to the hiring manager. Since Sherwin hires from within, each of these people have experience in the job position in which one is applying for. Overall, this is a very engaging interview process.

3 Interviews. HR call, then In person twice. It was straight forward. Covered all the questions about the experience. They gave me a chance to ask some questions too. Talked about sales target. goals and such

The interview process is pretty easy and traditional. first phone interview then interview with hiring manager you usually hear back within a week. after that you begin your training and once you complete training you’re on the job
