I had 4 interviews with the company. The first interview was a phone interview with the recruiter, the second was a store visit with the store manager, the third was with the city manager, and the final was with the district manager. The whole process took about 3 weeks.

Extremely long interview process. Sat there for 3 hours listening to someone talk. Felt like a huge waste of time. Called like five people for me to ask questions. Very awkward. Felt like I was being held hostage.
