They application process was easy. The major part of the process was the two day interview event. The first day was a mingle with the HR representatives at the company over lunch. It was a casual atmosphere meant to get to know you on a personal level. The second day is the formal interview process where they give you a lot of background on the program and then take the group one by one to do the interview. You may have 1-3 people interviewing you at this point. After, you are free to leave. They will contact your current or former supervisor and then call you with the results in about a week or two.
