The company was very informative and transparent about its Leadership Development Program. The interviewers were very open to asking any questions. The overall interaction was neutral. Be well prepared for the behavioral questions and make sure to ask questions at the end of the interview.

Phone screening with HR, then video interview with the team. Mostly behavioral questions, past experience listed in resume, achievements, and any relevant experiences. HR person was professional but seems a bit intimidating and cold.
