Multiple interviews, with recruiter, assistant manager, and district manager.
Be sure to state clearly how you will make profits for the company, goals you have for yourself, what you will be bringing. Be energetic, easy going, confident, professional, make sure you have plenty of sales abilities. Arrive early and I think if you are accepted you will get an offer right then and there with the district manager.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Entrevista
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
