Initial interview was virtual with the regional manager in my area. Phase two was a virtual interview with the regional manager and the pro manager. Phase three was with the district manager. It was all very organized and I felt comfortable with the discussions.

Received a text from the recruiter to set up a phone interview. Completed that the next day and said if they wanted to move forward I would hear from regional. Got an email 3 days later from the regional manager wanting to set up a virtual interview. While waiting to do that I found out that they had contacted my current manager( I am at a different company, and they are friends with my manager). Had my interview, was told I would hear back within a week. Had to contact them myself twice before getting a response.
