It began with a short phone interview just to walk through what the process would look like. Next, I went on a store walkthrough where I spent about an hour with a store manager who talked about what it's like to work for Sherwin-Williams and answered all of my questions. Finally, I had an in-person interview with the district manager that was focused on my experience and abilities.
