Apply at the company website, your resume will go through a review process and a recruiter will get in touch with you via email to confirm your interest. If you're still interesed the Store Manager will be prompted to reach out to you and set up an interview. The interview will be at the Store you applied to and during business hours. Afterwards, if selected you'll be sent an offer letter via the recruiter.
Very smooth process. Interview was a call with the recruiter and then went into the corporate office. From there, if I got selected I then went to the store I would be training at. I would learn the store and there processes on how the store runs and how to manage the POS system. Work with contractors, and be able to make products.

Meet with district manager go through questions prepping you for days at the store. If you are a good fit they will have a follow up interview or send you a detailed email packet with info.

There was an initial phone screening that was followed by a store visit, then in person interview. The in person interview is with the district manager where they ask questions about how your experience relates to the role. The store visit is basically just seeing how the store operates.
