I met with an HR person first, then with a tech team, then with a managerial team. They all seemed like genuinely good people who would have been a pleasure to work with. I was grilled a bit on some C# concepts by the tech team, and the rest all asked me some basic behavioral questions. As far as interviews can be, they were actually somewhat enjoyable. And yet, the experience ended up negative because I was ghosted afterward. It's an absolutely awful feeling to be very excited about a position, get 3 interviews for it, only to hear nothing back. I followed up after three weeks and finally got a standard "we're not interested in you" form letter in return.
