First by phone, then in person. Spoke with engineers, CAD lead, IT guy, HR director. There was a written cad exam that involved identifying common abbreviations and commands. Then there was a practical exam that involved grading in a road. I passed and I felt we hit it off famous. After the interview I got a call back about six months later asking if I would speak with one of the principles. Unfortunately, I had already moved on!
