I had a very disappointing experience with the recruitment process. At the conclusion of my interview, the Talent Manager explicitly asked me to follow up via email to coordinate the next round. However, after I reached out, I was ghosted. It was only after my own follow-up that I was informed I had actually been rejected. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
