I can only comment on the interview experience, as the actual interview process did not happen. I was contacted directly by a member of the team for an initial conversation, which was delayed 10+ minutes and subsequently rescheduled twice within the span of 24 hours. The next day after the second rescheduling, I was then informed that the conversation would not be taking place at all, noting that the 'target profile had changed' - without ever connecting to take the time to learn about my background or experiences.
The interaction seems fairly indicative of their approach to candidate experience, and is in line with some of the other interview experiences shared by others.

It's clear the people function is not being run by a person with actual hr/talent competency. As mentioned in other reviews, the rescheduling is not good for candidate experience coupled with inability to assess real needs within the business makes for an unfortunate waste of time. I would challenge the C-suite to reassess and consider introducing a person with some real hr practice knowledge into the organization.
