Did 8 rounds of interviews over 2.5 months with ShiftSmart. This included phone screen with HR, take home case study, presentation, then behavioral interviews with others up to the COO. After being placed in a suitable team to interview for by the HR team (who recommended this particular team for me) and progressing through all the rounds with direct positive feedback after each round, I was told via phone that I was not a fit in that particular team, but should have an additional interview in another team where there may or may not be a role in the future. After 8 rounds and confusing messaging, I decided not to. The head of people, Rob, was indirect, insincere, and could not answer my questions throughout the process. The timeline on an offer continually moved until I was not made one.
