Had a first round with HR and she was rly nice and gave me the classical answers uptalking the company. Then came the call with the VP of "Growth, People and BizOps", and he was really nice, but just kept asking random question after question without real acknowledgement of any answers. Then he ended up sending me a follow up the next week saying they were looking for someone with a "different kind of profile" (whatever that means). They seem like prestige pickers (if you have certain credentials (e.g. MBB, MBA from HBS, etc.), they'll hire you and if not they won't).

Entrevista
Standard interview process with multiple rounds. Had a recruiter screen and was given a case to present to the panel with a panel including HM. This was followed interviews with executives, which raised a few red flags about the company culture. None of the interviewers including HM were clear about the team, title or responsibilities for the role. Received an offer which I declined after speaking with former employees who mentioned poor experiences and researching the company
