It started with an online interview then few days after a 1 on 1 interview was conducted on-site. The interview has questions based on customer service experience, basic tech experience and knowledge.
There was only one in-person interview after submitting a resume and cover letter, and then they emailed the results few weeks after. Was not a long or difficult process. Was interviewed by 3 Shiji staff.
