Seemed intense. I was given a technical challenge, and then I met the team. They outright said that the worklife balance was not very goood. I would probably not have worked here even if I got the offer.

It was a great interview experience and the HR maintained continuous follow ups throughout the process. The interview process had overall 5 rounds: 1. Initial HR Screening Call: This revolved around my experience and career expectations. HR representative walked me through the role and responsibilities. After the initial alignment we proceeded to the next rounds. 2. SQL Technical Round: A SQL case study comprising of an Excel dataset was shared with me before the interview. It had 3 SQL queries which I submitted before the interview and the same were discussed during the interview by another Senior Analyst in the team. 3. Hiring Manager Round: This round was with the two hiring managers in the team. The interview revolved around my past experiences and the projects I have worked in the past. There were also some behavioral questions on the how I would handle particular situations. 4. Cultural Round: This was with ShipBob India's Chief Business Officer. This was a behavioral round with questions revolving around various scenarios and how I would react in such situations. 5. Case Study Round: This was with VP of the Pricing Team. The round focused on problem solving skills. A case scenario was given related to a general scenario faced by the team and I was supposed to come up with an approach to resolve the problem. After clearing all the rounds there were final negotiations with the hiring HR and then the offer letter was rolled out.
