Good interview meetings, terrible evaluation criteria IMO during Q&A (either leetcode-style questions or specific problem domain knowledge that you might never have to solve yourself) all while asking you not to look information up. If you're looking to be honest, you'll underperform.
They also give a take home task which was extremely simple, eg. sorted linked list. You're marked down if you use language features, you're also marked down if you don't have tests, CI, static analysis, and code style tools configured.
Overall I'd say whoever was creating the technical part of the evaluation was a person lacking basic communication skills and having expectation of everyone thinking like them.
Based on the experience I've had during the process I would say that it's a good look into the company culture that will await you even if you jump through hoops for the technical portion of the interview process.
