I applied online and was emailed for an in person interview almost immediately. I thought it was strange there was no phone screening, but I thought that maybe they believed my background was a good fit. In person interview lasted only 20 minutes and the two people interviewing seemed to not have any questions prepared. Whole process seemed to be quite rushed and disorganized. I tried asking some more specifics on what the position entailed, but they were quite vague and what they were saying wasn't exactly matching the online posting. Following the interview they gave no details on next steps and I had to email to find out. They told me they would email regarding next steps the following week and of course never received any word back. Overall just another tech company with a disorganized hiring process that leaves a poor taste.
