A first call with the recruiter and technical questions. A second call with the hiring manager with my technical experience. A round of meetings during a whole day, with different people, in a wide window with several hours empty in the middle. I was sent a single calendar invite covering 6 hours and half, instead of individual calendar invite meetings, and part of the times for the interviews contained a different time zone than mine. The zoom link was the same for all the interviews, I asked to confirm in advance, but it happened that they recycle it so when I went for my 4th interview of the day I interrupted an interview with another candidate or a meeting, I can know. We were really shocked and feeling uncomfortable. After few minutes waiting for an answer to my emails I was be provided with another Zoom link. The latest interviews were late at night as the team was in The States, so I ended at 11PM on a Friday night after a tiring and exhausting week. Despite this, I did great. I got no offer and no feedback, just a template email.
