Simple, they literally ask if you are good at speaking to people. They will hire you on the spot. If you need time off you better give them a list so it is "Pre-Approved" or you will not get the time off.

Best interview! It was fully online, 20 minutes of interviewer asking me questions and 20 minutes of interviewer providing details and allowing time for questions. They are super relaxed and personable and understand that interviews are intimidating!

Entrevista
Through zoom, interviewer was extremely friendly and cordial. Did not feel stressed throughout and was given plenty of time to think of answers to the questions asked. Overall, one of the best and most enjoyable interviews I have ever had.
