Negative experience, cannot believe there are still companies who ghost candidate today. But glad I dodged a bullet as this is a red flag reflecting unprofessionalism and internal chaos.
Recruiter reached out after I submitted application online. She then scheduled me to meet with hiring manager. Never heard back after that and it has been three weeks.

Entrevista
First I got a call from the recruiter. She explained clearly about the overall hiring process and rounds. Second round was a 30 min call with the hiring manager. It was completely technical which was mostly based on my resume. The third round was a live coding on CodeSignal.

Phone Interview with Recruiter. The interviewer was nice throughout the call and answered questions patiently, which makes the whole process enjoyable. It was not a great fit for the position so didn't hear back from them

Recruiter send me a exercise to work on for a week. Unfortunately, after putting a lot of effort and time on that exercise they didn’t even bother to send me any result. I followed up via email but didn’t receive any reply to my email.
