If your resume stands out, then you will get a phone call from a talent acquisition team member who will conduct a phone interview with you to see if you are a good fit. If you meet certain criteria, then you will likely meet in person with the clinical manager seeking the position. If the manager thinks you are a potential candidate, you may be asked to do a group interview with current employees to see if you would be a collaborative team member with good fit for the job.
