I applied for this job a few years ago, and it's the most psychotic interview I've ever done. The leadership talked about how they essentially worked around the clock, and if I wasn't that dedicated, then they wouldn't hire me. They asked if I'd be willing to relocate, and I said yes, Miami is a beautiful city, and I'd love to go to the beach on the weekends. They then told me that they'd expect me to work every weekend.
The interview ended with them seeing my dog in the background, and saying that I probably can't work there, because of how much they expect me to work, and that I won't have time to take care of him. So they said "go take care of your dog, goodbye." And that was it.
Very bizzare. I never heard from them after that, probably for the best.

They asked if I was willing to dedicate myself to the company, to work nights and weekends, to help maintain their positive relationships with their clients.

Interviews are fair and to the point. Nobody here wants to waste your time, and if it's not a good fit you'll find out sooner rather than later. You may talk to just the CEO and the Lead Manager, or mostly the CTO, or some variation thereof, but it won't be a lot of wasted time either way.

Optimization and low-level efficiency. How would you squeeze more performance out of a 30 FPS game that can't drop frames.

I was ghosted after completing an emailed test. I committed two hours of my time, the least you can do is respond with a follow up. Also seems like it does not pay well at all for the Miami area and what level of expertise they expect from you. You can do better elsewhere.
