I was contacted by a recruiter and then scheduled a screening interview. About a week later I was contacted to interview with the President. The beginning part of the process was quick but the second part was delayed by several days.

An HR representative emailed me to request my availability to speak with the hiring manager. During the conversation, the interviewer mentioned having a poor connection on Teams and turned off his camera. I was asked about a specific reporting number that wasn't under my direct purview. Despite explaining my team's involvement with that KPI, the interviewer seemed disengaged. It was a disappointing experience.
