First round would be the take home assignment basically a full stack application. Second and Third rounds at their office for backend and frontend interview respectively which they call it battery inteview or something. Final round with the VP of Engineering.. The engineers and their VP were really nice and accomodating. Overall it was a nice process and really nice people. But the HR staff can be very friendly at first and can become rude if you ask them about the details of the offer letter. The offer which was given to me was just a rough draft on my email without any explanation about anything and as soon as I asked any detail about it, they started replying rudely and were very reluctant for negotiation. I think they need to understand that the candidate need to know each and every detail before signing the offer. Overall, except the amateur HR staff and comparatively lesser salary offered than the standards I find it a nice experience.
