There were 5 steps in total to the hiring process. 1. HR Recruiter audio call, where I talked in length for an hour about my previous experiences, projects and internship. Be prepared to be able to thoroughly articulate what you have been doing. 2. Online assessment (GMAT data sufficiency and logical reasoning) Pretty intense as they employ a technology to ensure you don’t cheat. Questions are harder than usual, but with a bit of practice using online questions you will be fine. 3. Interview with direct manager Have a good understanding of Shopee’s positioning compared to its competitors, knowing a bit of Shopee’s statistics won’t hurt. They are testing to understand your thought process, be prepared to be grilled. 4. Case study From my knowledge, this is the stage where most fail. Just be sure to demonstrate your understanding and thought process of the case, I had 3 days to work on it. 5. Interview with team lead Pretty straightforward, to gauge your fit for the different teams. On the overall, Shopee’s HR was responsive and helpful. They even tried to expedite my process because of other offers which needed my response. However, the entire process still took about 1.5 months from start to offer.

Hr interview - study case - no feedback after that. The former recruiter said that i’m in advance stage and she handed over to the new recruiter, i tried to follow up to the new recruiter but there’s no reply
